: (1) The meeting of the Executive Committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman.
(2) The member-secretary of the executive committee shall send a notice of the date, time and place of the meeting of the executive committee along with the agenda to be discussed at the meeting twenty-four hours before the time of the meeting so that all members receive it. But if it is necessary to call a meeting of the executive committee immediately, the chairman can call a meeting of the executive committee twenty-four hours in advance.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the members of the executive committee are present, it will be considered as a quorum for the meeting.
(4) The meeting of the executive committee will be chaired by the chairman of that committee.
(5) The decision of the Executive Committee shall be by majority vote and in case of equality of votes, the Chairman shall cast the deciding vote.
(6) The executive committee may invite the representatives and experts of related bodies or associations to the meeting as needed.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Executive Committee shall be as determined by the said committee itself.
(8) The decision of the Executive Committee shall be certified and kept by the member secretary of the said committee.
